Recently, Huangshan Hengjiu's high-end non-standard chain welding and stamping digital workshop was recognized as one of Anhui Province's Digital Workshops for 2024.

Huangshan Hengjiu, as non-standard chain manufacturing R&D base, has been on a path of digital transformation since 2021. This journey led to the implementation of the High-End Non-Standard Chain Stamping and Welding Digital Workshop Project. By utilizing CNC stamping machines, welding robots, AGVs, and MES systems, the company transformed its production process into a streamlined, digital, and intelligent system.

The results have been impressive. The transition to digital production has significantly increased both productivity and energy efficiency while reducing operational costs and defect rates. In addition, the work environment has improved, leading to better overall outcomes for both the company and its employees.
